Once payment has been received you will receive a booking confirmation with approximate pick up times (pick up times confirmed the day before travel), special offers for ski hire and ski lessons along with an attached receipt.
A week before travel you will receive a pre travel email to confirm your travel details and describe our meeting points. This is a good opportunity to check you have given us all the correct details.
The day before you travel you will receive a text message to the mobile number you have given us with your drivers details and your confirmed pick up time.
